1. Who We Are

2. Our Services

We provide personalized travel booking services including flights, hotels, vacation packages, cruises, and last-minute deals. Our advisors work on your behalf to find the best available options. We are transparent about all fees and costs before you commit to any booking — there are no hidden charges.

3. Pricing & Transparency

We believe in full price transparency. Before confirming any booking, your advisor will clearly communicate the total cost including all taxes, fees, and any applicable service charges. You will never be surprised by a charge you weren't told about. If a price changes between your inquiry and booking confirmation, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to proceed or cancel at no cost.

4. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. We recommend reviewing your confirmation details promptly and contacting us immediately if anything appears incorrect. We will correct any errors on our end at no charge to you.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as flexible as possible:

  • Cancellation terms are clearly communicated before you book — no surprises.
  • Where a supplier allows a refund, we will process it promptly on your behalf.
  • Any service fees charged by Scene Travel Booking are refundable if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • For cancellations due to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government travel advisories, we will advocate strongly with suppliers on your behalf to secure the best possible refund or credit.
  • We will always tell you your options clearly and honestly — including if a booking is non-refundable — before you pay.

6. Changes to Your Booking

If you need to change your travel dates, destination, or passenger details, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes and will clearly explain any fees charged by the airline or supplier before proceeding. We never charge our own change fees on top of supplier fees.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. It protects you against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and travel delays. Ask your advisor about coverage options — we can help you find a plan that fits your trip and budget.

8. Our Responsibility to You

We act as your advocate. If a supplier fails to deliver what was promised — a hotel room, a flight, a package — we will work on your behalf to resolve the issue, seek compensation, or arrange alternatives. While our direct liability is limited to fees paid to Scene Travel Booking, we will never leave you without support when something goes wrong.
